What is an exchange program:

When we founded a ski sales company in 2006, we wanted to be different from the others and offer our customers something extra. Our goal was, is and will be a satisfied customer who likes to come back to us, and so the idea for an exchange program was born.
Everyone who buys from us can take advantage of our program. It is ideal for families with children. Since children are constantly growing and you have to deal with mountain equipment every year.
That is why you can exchange sets for children with us every season with a discount of 2/3 of the price of the original purchase.
So the problem of buying longer skis so that they last longer than a year is eliminated. With us, children can always ski on skis that are suitable for their height and do not have to worry about longer skis.
Of course, we also think of adults, who can also take advantage of this program under the same conditions. Try different types of skis year after year for a fraction of the price.
You can also exchange only skis, ski boots or snowboards.
The exchange program can also be combined with the exchange of skis for snowboards or vice versa.
This program can also be used when ordering via the e-shop, when you have the goods sent.
You do not have to apply for the exchange program. Once you buy, you can use it after a year. Of course, it is not mandatory.

The term 1 year (season) is not an exact date. It is up to you whether you apply for the exchange in September or in February.

 
How it works:

The price is given for example only! It is not a fixed price.

Example: You buy a ski set for a child from us, which costs you, for example, 99 Euro. You keep the receipt or invoice. Next year your child will grow up and you will need a larger set. You bring the set for exchange with the document (or a photo of the document) and choose a new set. You present the receipt before payment. From last year's amount of 99 Euro, 2/3 of the price will be deducted, i.e. 66 Euro and this is your discount from the amount for the larger set. Every year we will write down the entire amount for the individual products on your receipt or invoice, so that next year you can deduct it from the entire amount and not only from the amount paid.

Without presenting a receipt or invoice, the exchange cannot be made!!! Therefore, we recommend taking a photo of the receipt with your phone

Skis and boots that are written on with a marker or have stickers on them will not be redeemed. Therefore, we ask you to clean the goods before returning them. Above all, do not use an indelible marker. White stickers are ideal, which you can sign the skis on and peel off before returning them.

The exchange program is primarily intended for one year. After two seasons, 2/3 of the amount is not guaranteed, it depends on the condition. If you do not apply for the exchange even after 2 years, the exchange can no longer be made!!!
