TRANSPORT

TRANSPORT IN CZECHIA:

Payment by transfer (to account) - 4 Euro

Cash on delivery - 8 Euro

TRANSPORT ABROAD:

Payment by transfer (to account) - 10 Euro

Cash on delivery - 12 Euro

We will deliver the package to you via the GLS courier service.

When ordering by cash on delivery before 12:00, we will send the packages on the day of ordering or the next day at the latest.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the package will be sent on the day the payment is credited.

You will receive a notification via SMS from the GLS courier service about the delivery of the package and its tracking number.

On the day of delivery, the courier will send you an SMS specifying the delivery time.

PERSONAL COLLECTION:

You can choose personal collection in your order, which means that your order will be ready for personal collection at our shop in Palackého Street 2548, in the center of Pardubice, within one hour at the latest. As soon as your order is ready, we will send you an e-mail with confirmation that you can pick up the ordered goods.

If the goods are not picked up within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and returned to the seller. The order can be extended for another 3 business days only after agreement by phone or e-mail.
